Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation & Management: Ensure efficient allocation of resources across departments and manage onboarding for new team members.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operational processes adhere to relevant regulatory and policy requirements.

  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.

  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in budget creation, manage operational costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure staff and process efficiency.

  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.

  • Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing training programs to support team growth and skill development.

Requirements
  • Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams and inspire high performance.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of analyzing complex situations and implementing effective solutions.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Project Management: Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and quality.

  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Operational Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, ERP systems, and operational efficiency tools.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
