Responsibilities
Marketing:
  • Strategy Development: Devise and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to different markets across the continent.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to boost brand awareness and engagement.

  • Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.

  • Brand Positioning: Ensure the company's messaging and branding are consistent across all platforms.

  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, and case studies, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.

  • Performance Analytics: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

Sales:

  • Lead Management: Generate and manage a steady flow of qualified leads through both inbound and outbound efforts.

  • Sales Strategy & Tactics: Develop and implement strategies to engage prospective clients and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Client Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support.

  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to convert leads from campaigns into sales opportunities.

  • CRM Oversight: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales pipelines.

  • Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and forecasts to the leadership team.



Requirements
  • Cross-Continental Strategy Development: Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies for diverse markets across Africa.

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in managing sales pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze performance metrics from both marketing and sales efforts and make informed decisions to optimize strategies.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and sales initiatives concurrently while meeting deadlines.

  • Customer-Focused Approach: A deep understanding of customer needs and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
